02 Feb Transaction survey calls to begin
Duck River EMC this week launches a new telephone survey that focuses on the opinions of co-op members who have recently conducted transactions. The purpose of the survey is to collect data on the transaction experience by asking members to rate the quality of service, the knowledge and effectiveness of personnel, and the ease of doing business with the co-op.
The survey, 2-3 minutes long, will be conducted by a national research company on behalf of DREMC.
“This transaction survey is an opportunity for members to share their opinions about the level of service they received,” said Michael Watson, president and CEO.
DREMC already conducts the quarterly Touchstone Energy “American Customer Satisfaction Index” survey and will continue to do so, according to Watson.
“With this new survey, we will be able to zero in on the transaction experience, learning whether we are meeting member expectations. Our goal is to consistently exceed member expectations in all areas,” he said.
