TVA Complaint Resolution

The Tennessee Valley Authority provides regulatory oversight relevant to rates and service practice policies for DREMC and other utilities in the Tennessee Valley. If you have not been able to resolve an issue or complaint with DREMC, TVA’s Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help. You may contact TVA and begin the process using one of three methods:
