Online payment options make paying your monthly electric bills fast, easy and convenient. Duck River Electric Membership Corporation (DREMC) reminds its members to use our secure, online payment portal on our website if you plan to pay your electric bill online.
From our homepage, you’ll find the tab, Pay Your Bill. Clicking the tab will take you to our secure, online payment portal.
“There are other online payment services available through the internet, and some even appear to be offered by DREMC,” says Member Services Manager Carol Garrette. “Some online payment services may be scams, while others are legitimate. Please be aware that these other payment services are not directly associated with DREMC.”
DREMC’s payment portal is quick and easy to use. Simply enter your electric account number and password. The payment screen will direct you through the payment process. No additional fees are charged for using our convenient online payment option.
Garrette further encourages DREMC members to be aware that some of these other online payment services charge extra fees for using their services whereas DREMC’s online payment service is free and available 24 hours a day.
“We encourage you to use our online payment portal on our website and double check to make sure you are indeed linked to our official website before you make a payment,” she adds.
