Board of Directors’ Meetings

The DREMC Board of Directors meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday unless the date must change due to scheduling conflicts or holiday observances.

Meetings are held in the board room of the DREMC Administration Annex at 305 Learning Way, Shelbyville, TN.  If a member desires to speak on an issue at a board meeting, the bylaws state that the member must notify the CEO at least five (5) business days (Monday through Friday), excluding cooperative observed holidays, prior to the scheduled board meeting so the matter may be placed on the agenda for the upcoming meeting.

The DREMC Board of Directors is comprised of 13 directors, which includes 12 members who are elected by the members within their respective districts and one appointed by the University of the South.
